Deep Electric

Deep Electric Inc is a great company to have on hand when service is needed. I was most impressed with the communication and they did a great job. They were able to come out quickly and got the job done right away. They were cautious and professional. I thought the service was outstanding and I will use Deep Electric again.

If I could, I would give this company a negative score. Very unethical. They did not give me a quote of their work then told me it was $750 total for two "blown out switches." HUH? When I told them I am not paying that they turned my lights that they "fixed" off. I said the lights were working why did you shut them off? They said "it was a trade trick to get it working." Sat outside my house in their van before leaving. I called the supervisor to help and she said she was unsure why they would not give me a quote before they worked. I called back a second time and the worker who answered said there is no "trade trick" and since I was not paying the $750 they turned the lights off since I did not pay for it. They also said there was a fee for my quote.... since when? The guy on the phone admitted that the workers did not follow the proper procedures. Very disappointing. Therefore, please beware!!

execellent service guys.The electrician also replaced the power outlet for a stove that didn't match to our existing appliance and hooked up the dishwasher.
