United Air Temp

Fantastic service all around! My favorite ac company! :)

I recently had a routine maintenance done by this company. I was a little skeptical because I have had maintenance by two other companies in Jax and was very unhappy with the "service" they performed. But I knew I hadn't had the system checked in a while and I got a recommendation from a friend and decided to give them a chance. I am glad I did. The technician was very professional and did an amazing job. He actually pulled the blower out of the furnace and cleaned it from top to bottom - it looked like it had never been done by the other companies. I was so impressed I purchased one of their service agreements which at first seemed expensive $389. But it actually covers all parts and labor on any needed repairs plus two additional maintenance checks. No one else ever offered anything like that. Would def recommend them.

United Air Temp sold me an , I liked the Saleman/installer, however they subcontracted the electrical and Electrician installed wrong circuit breaker, so county inspector had to have it redone via United Air Temp. Then the inside air handler was not sealed properly and the County inspector forced United Air Temp to reseal the inside unit. The United Air temp sales/installer did sell me a metal device that extends the corrosion life of the outside , which was a good Idea. several month later the salesman/technician services the unit and sells me a lifetime air filter over 2 months ago, I still cant get them to deliver the air filter to my home, so until I get the I am not happy. Everything they do has to be redone so far. I am happy with the , it just takes time, but they do eventually get the job done. You have to have patience and follow up on United Air Temp of Jacksonville.
