The glass doctor will go the extra mile to get the job done.I have a car they quit manufacturing 35 years ago and the back hatch window was taken out by a hail storm. I followed the recommendation of the insurance company and called Safelite auto glass. after 3 weeks of searching their venders and whatever else they do I receive a call from them informing me that they cannot help me. I searched the internet and saw an Ad for the Glass Doctor. and thought to myself - Why not call the Doctor.Not thinking that I would have any luck to my surprise the same day they were able to find the glass the same day in a warehouse in Arizona. They were able to acquire the glass and install it within a couple days.Believe it or not, this car is a 1984 Chevette in mint condition, there are none left, not even in the junk yards and The Glass Doctor was able to find the rear deck window "NEW" in the box. Thank you!!!!!!!

We love Glass Doctor! Marty was the first person we met. He was so helpful! He came to our house and measured for our new shower door. 14 days later we met Christian and Wilbur, who were there with our new door to install it.However when measuring the new glass door, Christian found an error in the measurement from the factory and put a rush on the door to be remade for us in 7 days.Quite frankly, without Christian's amazing attention to detail throughout the whole process, we would have walked away. Christian was great in checking the dimensions of the newest door, ensuring straight installation in the shower and installing the new handle safely. Robin assisted with the hinge installation and took his time to do a quality job for us.When you work with glass, water and people's safety, good people like Christian, Robin, Marty and Wilbur make all the difference.Thank you Glass Doctor! We will call soon for another glass project!

Christian and Louis did a great job, they were in and out in no time. Christian took the time to make sure all the windows in the house worked properly.

I have used Glass Dr. many times to replace foggy glass, this time was for window frame, Christian did a wonderful job.

I phoned and spoke with Amanda who was able to find the right windshield needed for my 2016 Honda Pilot and set up an appt for replacement the same day. She also called my insurance company and took care of the necessary paperwork. After arriving at the shop Tim immediately took my car and provided prompt service. He confirmed that calibration was not needed and explained the guarantee on the windshield. I am extremely pleased with the promo and reliable service provided by Glass Doctor of Jacksonville.

This company is the best company in Jacksonville for auto glass installation .They use OEM glass with great installers and the office staff took care of all the details with my insurance company getting me full coverage for factory glass for my BMW.
