Great low prices, but staff is usually not very helpful.

We ordered $3600 worth of bathroom fixtures. So far I have been there to pich up three times. I can see the pallet with our stuff but they can't find anyone who knows anything about it. Each time we went to pick them up, it was made apparent that we were bothering the store employees. The person we would talk to would disappear to get paperwork but would never come back. The first time, after 45 minuted of me waiting and not a word from anyone I left. Same thing the second time after 30 minutes. Third time we were promised that it would be ready when I got there. After 15 minutes, I left again.Do not shop here!!!!!

I bought flooring and what started out as a disaster ended up being a great experience, mainly because of the help of Nate in the flooring department (along with Ron and Rick). Nate responded to my problem with understanding and proved that Lowe's does know what customer service really means. I was surprised and gratified by their quick response.

This Lowe's store was very helpful with a problem we had with one of their HVAC subcontractors. The sub gets 1 star for service and sales, Lowes gets 5 for their response to the whole situation. We ended up using another sub not affiliated with Lowe's. We took 5 quotes from 5 helpful HVAC contractors; Lowe's sub called us and refused to come out to take a look. Not Lowe's fault.
