Not a business to be trusted, have refused to stand by their warrenty. Had shower glass installed, installers very nice and did a good job. The installers said if had a leak by brackets holding door, just call and they would be out to fix, said often happened. DMS refuses to address this issue.
This company just cannot get it together! They take days to get a simple quote back, their staff is nice, but dumber than rocks. Once the product does get installed it is beautiful, but you have to babysit it each and every step of the process. Their showroom is a sad display with only laminate chips and one shower display. How would you ever know that they do granite or quartz? They could be such a great and successful company, but they are hindering their own success.
