One of the most unprofesional businesses I have ever dealt with. The owner Mike is rude. When as a profesional is it ok to tell one of your customers "WELL WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT IT". He hung up on my wife on the phone mid sentence. It took a week to just get the OWNER to over the phone troubleshoot the problem. He ordered a new fan motor. Low and behold the tec shows up on week 2 no ac and its not the fan motor. It was a whole in the condencer because the unit was installed with faulty parts. Week 3 they finally got the right part. Didnt call before they came out they looked me square in the eye and told me I said someone would be home all week. YOU LIE TO ME STRAIGHT TO MY FACE? then when i tell them i didnt say that you tell me "yes you did" HUH? You lie to me to my face then call me a liar to my face? In my own house? Tye tec that came out told me i would get a phone call before someone came out. THEN im supposed to feel lucky you came out cause your schedule is booked? IVE BEEN WITHOUT AC FOR 3 WEEKS!!! over a part that gets shipped overnight? Worst part is the tec that came out was like "yea mike is like that to his customers" you want a good laugh?
