John Misuraca was professional and very well informed. He took the time to explain all of our options and helped us design a system that fit our budget. John took the fear of having a "salesman" coming into our home by educating us and not forcing us to make a decision. We will recommend John and Cooper Heating and Cooling for all of our future Heating and Air Conditioning needs.
I have to say your installer Wayne did an amazing job installing our furnace and A/C here in colorado springs my wife and I couldn't be any happier. he provided very helpful information during and after the install and explained everything to my wife when the job was finished also he left his number for me to give him a call if i had any questions. with his knowledge and customer service he is a great asset to your company. and yes I don't want to forget to mention the electricians Kurt and Alex they did a superior job as well. thanks Tyler and Brittney
Made appointment thru Broomfield office for electrical work to find out why lighting fixture did not work. We had used Cooper in the past to replace our old furnace & to up grade to a high efficiency unit plus add AC. It was done in one day-very proffesional. Great price and on going support & personal service. Hence I had them do my 92 yr old mom's & she loved them-same great professional work & service & provided her with a simple thermosat that she could understand. For my electrical work--found switch to be bad (50 yrs old) and at my request, replaced both 3-way switches plus the companion old switches in the same electrical boxes. Since there was time, I had 2 more old 3-way switches & 2 plugs replaced & fixed the wiring on another 3-way. Done in just 2 hours, plus (being an engineer) he explained & showed me how to do 3-way switches & was happy to answer my questions. I HIGHLY recommend Cooper--not the lowest price but by far the best work and quality for your money save none.

Dwayne did a very good job he was finished in a timely manner was very professional showed up early so I didn't have to wait all day I appreciate Cooper Heating & Cooling they have done a lot of work for us getting ready to sell our house we heard about through Costco and haven't been a bit disappointed. Steven P. was very knowledgeable went over every detail and helped me select the best system for my needs. He even returned that evening after the install to see if I had any questions and to check out the installation. The technicians installing the system were very professional and did a fine job.
