It was a good company until times got hard. Used to have alot of good people working for them. Now its just about turning a profit. The guys in charge only have their interest at heart and don't care about their employees anymore. The quality of their doors has also gone way down. Now it is about just meeting deadlines and trying to hide defects in their product. Too Bad.
I think overall it is a very good company with still lots of improvement to build up. You learn a great deal in this company, and how to communicate with employees and other supervisors. It is a cut throat position but if you have the skills and like to give a good arguement this is the right place for you.
