I had my water heater start leaking at 8:45pm on a Saturday. I called 3 places that wanted to put me off until Monday. The 4th phone call was to Ace Plumbing and the person who answered the phone actually was the person who came to my house that night. He had a new heater installed in about 4 hours and my family had hot showers on Sunday morning for church. I was very happy they were willing to answer the phone, come out the same night and take care of the problem. I would recommend them.
We were awoken in the middle of the night on Saturday to a loud buzzing noise that sounded like it was coming from our attic. It would start and then stop. We finally realized that it was the heater turning on and off - but there was no heat coming out of the vents. By the time morning came the house was freezing, and my husband went to get wood so that we could light a fire in the fireplace to warm the house up. We joked that he would probably need to get a couple of boxes - because it was unlikely that we would be able to get someone out to look at it on a Sunday. Well - we were wrong. We called Ace Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning - and the man who answered the phone was very nice - and said he would have one of the heating technicians call me right back. Within a few minutes - the tech Marty called, and I explained the situation. He said he would be right over - and he arrived promptly in less than an hour. He was able to figure out the problem (something about a screw had come loose that held the blower fan- he explained it to my husband - I was just thrilled that we now had heat again). There was no extra charge for Sunday - and the cost for the labor was very reasonable. Marty left us his business card and said to call if we had any more problems. We don't normally buy maintenance contracts - but because Marty was so great to come out on a Sunday - we are going to buy one so that we can hopefully prevent any major repairs with either our heating or AC. Thank you Marty and Ace for coming to the rescue!

Called for an estimate on a water line break outside our home. Gave 1 star because the staff and workers were very nice. Estimate was $2900 to fix 2 pipes. Decided toget a second estimate from someone else and theirs was $960. How can they be so different unless they were trying to take advantage of the fact that we didn't have water! Very disappointed and unfortunately will never call for an estimate again. Job was completed in under 2 hours.

I am so pleased with Ace Plumbing. I highly recommend them. My water heater died and I needed to replace it. On a Sunday. I was calling other vendors and also went to Sears. Other companies were a bit condescending and did not ask many questions. Dominic at Ace, however, asked a number of fact finding questions and, when explaining the scope of the work, his tone was HELPFUL and not condescending. I told him I would call back and, after talking to others, I did. Dominic scheduled the replacement of my water heater for the very next day. He communicated with me and, based on his findings confirmed an estimate. He handled the permit portion as well. He and Juan had my new water heater installed in less than 3 hours! They were efficient, professional and personable. Dominic was so right about how much more efficient this new Bradford White water heater is. Even with the dial set low, I get hot water so much FASTER now. So glad to be in hot water again!
I had a trenchless sewer replacement and they did a great job. They had to dig up a section of my driveway where the clog was and showed me the problem, roots and a collapsed line. They replaced it and has been working great. Also very friendly.
So the thermal/cupler went out on the water heater...and With 5 kids that was not happening..So called for an estimate, they came and fixed it with in 25-30 min....Bruce was His Name...I will always call Ace..
