An excellent company, prompt service, very knowledgeable and helpful workers. This is a company you can trust. We have used this company for a long time even before they moved to their present location. Very thorough and reliable, courteous and friendly, too.
i called to get an estimate to have a vent moved. a pretty simple task. they charge $80 JUST TO COME AND GIVE AN ESTIMATE!!!! what a joke. how do you people even stay in business?

I called at 6pm on a Sunday night because I had no heat. This was the only place where I reached a live person. The technician called me back within 15 minutes and was to my home within the hour. I will definitely use again.
I had them service both my furnace and air conditioner in May of this year. Its now Oct, a bit chilly went to turn the heat on- nothing, no heat. i call and they want to charge me a diagnostic fee, because maintenance is only guaranteed for 30 days. Bull, who turns the heat on in the summer.I will never use them again, or recommend.Guess they need their $79.00 more than a satisfied customer.
Just had my second furnace installed by West Allis Heating. As a 30 plus year customer who has used them for repairs and replacement, I have always been impressed with their promptness, honesty and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone.
