Hunt's Flooring

Thank you. I'm so happy with the carpet and wood floors.

Unfortunately, my experience was not good. A project which should have taken 5 days took 9 weeks to complete. There were endless days in which little or no work was done. When I could track down the owner of Hunt's, I was given endless excuses, lies, promised deadlines that did not occur. I heard so many stories that didn't even match the stories of the week before. The installers showed up at my door in the evenings and weekends asking to be paid because the owner of Hunt's had not paid them and had told them endless stories and lies. I filed a complaint with the BBB and ultimately had to threaten to sue in order to have the project end. Dealing with this company is endlessly frustrating. You can buy the same product from any number of dealers. Do yourself a favor and buy it from ANYONE else. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

What a bad venture. I asked repeatedly for a measure and never got anyone to actually show up which meant I never got the quote or the floor from them. I went elsewhere with a conpany that actually treated me with respect and wanted my business.
