Menards

This is the most worthless Menards I've ever been to. Compared to the other ones in town, this one is horrible. Does not stock nearly as many items. With mostly worthless employees just standing around, and only 2 checkouts open with long lines, I will drive to the the other side of town to go to a less worthless store!

I really like the remodeling & addition they gave the store! More of everything. It is even larger than the East side.Very helpful salespeople.

I recently went to menards to buy staples for one of our guys at work. I couldn't find what I was looking for. the woman I spoke with answered all my questions and helped me find what I was looking for. the customer service is great! very polite people that always seem to enjoy being at work. I always have a pleasant experience at this location. I always am greeted and am always told to have a great day from multiple people when leaving.

This store sucks and if your going to have front end management do cards on file they need to be trained on how to do them so we are not there 30mins waiting for them to fix their mess ups. Kim was very rude with us, tried grabbing paid items out of my hands and not professional at all should not be working in customer service. Will be making an in person complaint.
