I had my roof tore off and replaced in a day at a price way under 2 other competitors. It looks great. I had some pretty messed up gutters and downspouts and they fixed them as well. It was dark by they time they started clean up but I was impressed with the job they did. My only complaint is my shovels and garbage can got left in my back yard and we got a foot of snow the next day. Luckily I grabbed them early in the morning before it got bad. I just chalk that up to it being dark when they got done and may have just missed them.
So far salesman on time and informative. Is able to communicate and return calls text or emails.No work has been started yet.
Efficient process from quote to work to close!
They did everything they promised and at a great price! Everything old torn off and new put back on in one day. No mess leftover and no dumpster left in my driveway.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Very nice customer service. Project was done well within the timeframe given from the start. We would highly recommend Craftsman Exteriors.
We enjoyed working with Scott and Craftsman Exteriors. He was honest, fair and upfront throughout the entire process of getting a new roof! We would recommend Craftsman to anyone needing any exterior work!
