I required a service call earlier this year and found Benjamin Plumbing to be very competent and efficient in assessing the problem with my water heater. They took time to clearly explain the problem to me and the route I could take to fix it. They went about their task in a very business-like manner and even brought to my attention a warranty that I would have not known about otherwise. In the event of future issues, I will definitely be calling them back.
