i.e., A lFeb 10, 2012 After reading reviews for Roto Rooter and Mark Rogers, I called for service when my tub and sink lines were plugged. I had already tried the vinegar, plunging, etc, but without success. Unfortunately, mine was not a quick, easy fix and took 2 service calls which were done very promptly and was completed! I have an older home but felt very confident with Mark and Jeff and highly recommend Roto Rooter and will use in the future - thanks guys!!
The plumbers were quick to respond. I called in the morning and we had someone to the house that afternoon. Very friendly. Only 3 stars because it was expensive.
plumbing services were required during the remodeling of a bathroom in my residence. Instead of going with a local plumber I decided to call Rotorooter because I was always pleased with their services while living on the east coast.I was extremely pleased with the service I received. I would highly recommend them to my neighbors and friends.
Mark was polite, friendly and professional. He did a great job unplugging the drains in my bathroom.
Tom arrived early and put us at ease. Our main sewer line was back up, and we had to have the line cleared out through the toilet due to tree roots. He along with the office staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Unlike another local N. ID company that wanted to waterjet our line to clear it then use a camera to see what the problem was, your tech knew how to fix the issue right away. We would highly recommend Roto-Rooter.

I had a great experience with them this weekend. I called on Saturday for a sewer backup. They were able to respond within 30 minutes. The problem took some time, but it was taken care of. We also had a smaller problem with our bathtub. The technician diagnosed the problem and attempted to snake it, but was not able to. He gave me some inexpensive ideas to replace the bad line which I did that night with no problems. Great company with quick response times and friendly technicians.
Rick came to my house to clean out my washing machine drain. He arrived on time and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He worked fast and cleaned up nicely when he was done. The service I received was excellent in every way!
