Terrible service and product. Jim, the owner, is extremely rude and seemingly ignorant of proper sprinkler instillation. I'm not sure he is even a licensed contractor. Seems more like a con man with an attitude. Unfortunately we employed his service and product several years ago because it was cheap. Well you get what you pay for... Later when we need repair work done on the system he installed he called us stupid and passed us off to his brother. If you want to be abused and called names call Jim at River City Sprinkler. The only saving grace of this business is Jack. He constantly covers for Jim, his abusive and incompetent brother. Jack should dump Jim and start his own company.
They have been servicing & repairing my sprinkler system for 23 years, and have always provided friendly, competent and professional service, I have never been dissatisfied, and would highly recommend them.
Very bad service and extremely cheap product. The owner is terrible. You will be much happier choosing another sprinkler company.
