Everything was good with OutToday.Com. They showed up on schedule and did the work. They installed the equipment, answered all our questions, and were pleasant and helpful. The installers knew their business. They did excellent work. We had OutToday.Com put in a new air conditioner and furnace. I can only say the best things about them. Rodney, Mike, and, as my wife says, Courteous Chris, were the main installers for the unit. There were also 1 or 2 other helpers that came and went throughout the project. I would recommend them highly for anything. The experience was absolutely super in every aspect. We may very well call them again for service in the future.

OutToday.Com was really conscientious when they did the work, and they looked for other things while they were here. We had them come out to do a little work on the new installation, we had a small problem because of my ignorance of the system, and when they came out they noticed we had a problem with our hot water heater. We wouldn't have known otherwise. We replaced it. We had a little problem with the financing, so if they change the company they do business with on financing I would refer them, but if they don\'t change I don\'t think I will. Get your financing somewhere else if they haven\'t changed; the company wanted to charge us 29% on a loan, and we have a credit rating up over 700. The interest didn't fit our credit. It is good to do business with a company that is not just a one man operation. You get the experience of several people.
