This company answered their phone. Came Out The Same Day! Fixed my problem with no upselling of products I didn't want or need. The price was less than I expected and am so very pleased I called a company who knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it on the spot! They were great...
Very impressed by this company and the owner Mark. I was desperate our furnace had stopped working and of course it was the coldest week of the year so far. Mark came out the same day and took one look and knew we needed a new furnace. He was very honest, and trustworthy. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive furnace out there. The furnace he sold us and installed is a great furnace. And not to mention his company came out on a Sunday and put the new furnace in and didn't charge us extra because it was the weekend. Mark and the guys that work for him are down to earth kind men who love there jobs and it shows. They were happy that they could help us and get heat back in our house. I would recommend this company to all my family and friends. Excellent Company
We were very impressed with Mark's service. He is very reputable, dependable and did a great job. I was very nervous about selecting a company to replace our furnace. I have heard so many stories about bad contractors ripping off people - not so with Mark. Other companies have similar names so make sure you call the right number. We highly recommend.
Mark did a fantastic job while working on my furnace. It was dead in the water and he knew within minutes what was wrong with it. And fixed it just minutes after that! He was on time, knowledgable, friendly and resonably priced! I will always contact Mark at Bothell Heating and Air for all my future heating and cooling needs!
Mark was on time and very thorough. He had the right part on the truck, expertly troubleshot the problem and validated that my 13 year old furncace system was performing optimally. I will use this business again.

You can tell how honest the owner of this company is just by calling and having a brief conversation with him. I was so impressed by the things he said and how fair he was that I referred his company to my parents!
This is one of the best companies I have used since living in Woodinville. Mark didn't try to upsell me or install parts I didn't need. He was very prompt, honest, professional and the repair was actually less than I expected it to be. I would recommend them to anyone needing replacement or repair.
