We made an appointment a week and a half in advance for a weekday 9am broken window repair at my house which was confirmed in writing. I took the morning off from work to meet them but 13 minutes before they were supposed to arrive they sent an email cancelling, stating not a single person could come over for the entire day. No phone call, no attempt to reschedule in the afternoon - nothing. Find another company who will honor their commitments and your time.
