Gary and his crew installed 3 Toto toilets and a new faucet in my home. He was fast, neat and reasonably priced.
My experience with Gary Bullman was terrible. He was the plumbing subcontractor on the renovation and expansion of my home in Virginia Beach. Major errors included failure to seal a tub overflow drain resulting in a flood during construction and installation of hot water heater check valves upside down resulting in no hot water.
