If you have other choices use them. Warren is eager to take your money during the big job, but follow-up support is extremely poor. He is extremely difficult to get in touch with and doesn't keep his word. We spent $100,000 on our landscaping and wanted follow-up support and couldn't get him to help us. We were very disappointed because we thought we could trust him. Kim
