We had 9:15 appointment with Bryan for a quote to replace entire roof, he did not show, I called, a nice lady said Teresa who made the appointment was not in the office and she could not find the appointment, however someone will call me , that was three weeks ago!
I recently had my roof shingles replaced and they did a fantastic job. The project manager Bryan Gonzales was courteous and very professional. He gave me an estimate of what it would cost and he was on point. A gentleman, Robert, called me and set up an installation date. Their company came by the morning we had agreed on and the crew worked very diligently throughout the day. I was very impressed by the professionalism of everyone I spoke with, from the front office to their work crew. I wholeheartedly recommend Roland's Roofing company!
Daniel at Roland’s has helped us with the roof repairs at our home and our parents home after they passed away. Our parents home had old skylights, they look amazing now along with the new roof! His kindness, professionalism and the job performance of the crews will keep us as repeat customers.
