Amazing Siding & Windows

No way could i refer this company to my friends the "CUSTOMER SERVICE" I recieved was terrible. Everything was great at the table the sales pitch was great but the follow up was not, frist off scheduling not convenient for you they dont work on saturdays. then I asked to keep my old windows & the job supervisor stated I couldn't want to argue about who's window they belong to " i did get my windows i paid for when i bought my house. after I had to call them to check about my order. My have to take vacation in order to get them installed. then one of the custom window came in with glass broken . I was told they had already reordered one and would get it in three weeks, this would the third week in january. I gave an extra week before I had to call them again to check on my reordered custom window I talk to a receptionist which she told me "OH! your window "glass" came in but with out the frame", now remeber this a custom frame that had to be custom made & special made. so I asked why would they have just ordered just the glass. She's states "sir I dont have an aswer for you" so thats why I have asked for someonr that did have an answer. then I was told I would be called back for an answer. I did finally got the frist call back and was told my window would be on the delivery truck in two weeks. I finally got the window install to completed the order that we started back in october of last year. Now here's the kicker when I called to talk to the "General Manager" which come to find out He's the owner of this nice outfit. He started to get mad at me & started yelling at me. now Im not sure about this but I thought I was the customer & I should be the one upset & yelling. So instead this will be my justice to there "Great Customer Service " So in my view I would this they would even qualify to the privilege of any kind even close to a star or anything that would reflect a star. This is the kind of service you get for spending $15k. that's a shame for any other window business that love to have that work now . Sincerely winded
