Class act from start to finish. My roof is absolutely beautiful!!! Everyone I talked to is knowledgeable about the products, procedures, etc. Held my hand through the claims process since I had no clue what I needed to do. I would recommend this company to everyone in Lubbock! Left my yard spotless after the job was done.

I was all excited to use anyone outside the Clovis area and I appreciated how quickly they responded to getting the job started. Things that made me feel uncomfortable were things like I never got a quote, just that he would work with my insurance company. He didn't come to the house with the team to say these are the guys who will be doing your roof. Wouldn't come to my house initially till I got the adjustment paperwork ready for him to review. Mostly verbal interactions. They did the roof, but when it came to finishing the other details we had verbally agreed upon then things went down hill. The individual I worked with is having ME call his people and talk to them about why they can't finish the work promised to me. I do not recommend working with this company and I feel like I was taken advantage of rather than worked with.
