Justin and his team did a great job bringing our pool back to life, he was very prompt in all communications and kept us up to date as the project progressed. We had a tight timeline to meet and he was able to work with us and make it happen. I'd highly recommend anyone looking for pool service to consider Petri Pools.

We chose Petri Pools LLC to renovate our pool/spa because Justin, the President, was very knowledgeable of pool equipment, all of his reviews were positive, and Petri Pools was ranked highly as Best of Denton County, Texas. Justin freely shared his ideas of what would we needed to do to bring our pool/spa up to date and look nice. We wanted the end result to be different than anything we had seen. The process went smoothly. Justin was responsive to our questions and concerns throughout the entire process. We now have the pool/spa we wanted. It looks gorgeous and very original. We would highly recommend Petri Pools to our friends and neighbors.

We recently had our pool remodeled by Petri Pools. After meeting with several pool remodeling companies, I decided to go with Petri Pools because they had an excellent reputation and I liked Justin's professionalism. Our almost 20 year pool was in need of a complete overhaul. We added new tile, coping and plaster. It was so easy to go into Justin's showroom and mix and match the different tiles and surfaces and decide what we wanted our pool to look like. Justin would send me an email every morning letting me know who would be coming and what they would be doing. Everything went as scheduled and could not be happier with the end result. I hight recommend Justin and his team. They did an excellent job and you will not be disappointed!

Petri Pools has been maintaining our pool for several years and have been very satisfied with their service. We recently completed a pool renovation with Petri Pools. As first-time homebuyers and pool owners, my husband and I didn't know the first thing about pool cleaning and maintenance. We luckily found Petri Pools, and they came to our rescue! The previous homeowners neglected the pool, and it was in pretty rough shape. Petri Pools brought our pool back to life and it's been a fantastic experience ever since. Just a couple weeks ago, one of the pipes behind our waterfall began to leak profusely. I notified Petri Pools to please take a look to give us a repair estimate, and they ended up fixing it at no cost! I highly recommend their services. We couldn't be more pleased with the work Petri Pools has done for us. As first-time pool owners, we were clueless about our pool when we moved into our new house. Petri to the rescue! We are using Petri for weekly maintenance as well as repairs. Mike, who manages the electrical/mechanical side of things, has repaired and updated our system. He truly took his time explaining how things work to both me and my husband. He knows his stuff and is so helpful to those of us who don't! When we had an issue with another pool company that resurfaced our pool (we learned our lesson the hard way and regret not using Petri for this as well), Justin made sure that our pool was up and running in time for our daughter's pool party. Petri is definitely focused on customer service. If you are looking for a pool company you can trust, go with Petri Pools.
