I recently called upon DFW Air to come over and inspect my A/C that decided to stop working on the hottest day of the year. I called them at 9:30 PM and one of their technicians was out there within the hour! The technician was very knowledgeable and corrected the problem in addition to inspecting other components to make recommendations on how my system could run better. He did this in such a way that I didn't feel pressured to spend more money than necessary and that he was just looking out for the safety and well being of my family. I really appreciated the technician's assistance on such short notice and will be calling him back to take action on some of the recommendations that they made to help our system run better.
