We ordered top dollar windows for several rooms, one of which is a sunroom, and paid half down. Three months later we still didn't have the windows and they didn't have the money to give back to us. They finally came to install the windows, but damaged the wood around the windows and lacked the knowledge to complete the job in the sunroom. We had to hire another company to complete the job. RUN FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

WOW - UTILITY BILLS CUT IN HALF.... Classic installed new vinyl windows in our home, and demonstrated their new high performance Zo-E glass. I guess I had expected some improvement and perhaps I have become calloused by advertising hoopla. I expected that some of the information I was given was just sales exaggeration, which I have long ago learned to ignore. WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE. These windows provided much more than I ever expected. Less drafts, less dusting, less noise, and thankfully much lower utility bills. My windows should pay for themselves from utility savings alone in less than 3 years. Great people, Great products, Great job. Much better than expected. Highly recommend. I was really ignorant and they educated me, steered me right, and certainly didn't take advantage of me. I compared what I was charged with what neighbors and co-workers paid, and I was too embarrassed for them to let them know how much less I paid, but I sure am passing the word on to my frien

These folks do an OUTSTANDING job... from providing education and alternatives, to very competitive pricing and professional installation. I've recommended them several times, and everybody else was grateful that I told them about this very respectable company. See their showroom, with hands-on demonstrations, many options, and very knowledgeable personnel

Beware of this company. They quoted the work and then made up additional unfair charges after their shoddy work was partially complete. They lied about what they had agreed to do. They had 3 different employees measure my doors and windows, then ordered the wrong product and blamed me for their mistakes. Both the owner and installer lied about many things. There has to be better companies than this.

In my opinion this company was very professional with there work installing the windows. The windows were very high quality and pretty much blocked out the noise and did block out any drafts. The windows look amazing and well worth the price, highly recommend.
