I am pretty chincy with a five star review, but I think its merited. Buying windows is a big investment and it seems that "everyone and their brother" is in this business. We had several companies come out and pitch us. One company had to be thrown out of our house it was so bad. Renaissance came to the rescue though. After the other companies we had our doubts. The salesman came out and was very knowledgeable. He suggested visiting the showroom to see the types of windows and learn more of the products. The showroom is wonderful. We found the windows that we wanted and were able to ask lots of questions before making the investment. Installation was on time and we had no issues there. Management followed up with us during the installation which was a nice touch. In summary I would say these guys are legitimate and are experts in the window business.
