This company does not care about you, customer service, or repeat business. It takes 2 men to do the job of 1 (and they charge for the 2nd man) and twice as long. They would rather say they are right, than do the right thing. And it isn't just the technician that is the problem, it's the owners. So there is no new hires or fixing the be done when the problem is at the top. My review- just say no.
