I have a flat roof house that was they resurfaced over 6 years ago. I did the bitument class 4 roof. It reduced my insurance and I haven't had a problem since. They will happily answer all your questions. Even after 6 years they still know who I am when I call to ask questions about other work that will involve my roof.
