I would give them 0 stars if it was available. They are the worst. On my 1st appointment since I did not know what time they were coming, I went to work. As soon as I stepped into the front door at 8:30 am, the tech called. Had to turn around and go right back home. Why would they not know I was scheduled that early in the morning. Doesn't make sense to me.Note: THEY DO NOT GIVE YOU APPOINTMENT TIMES. YOU MUST MAKE YOURSELF AVAILABLE FROM 8-5 AS THOUGH YOU WORK FOR THEM. I am with AHS and had to call them back out with the same problem after 2 weeks. First it was freon, now I am told I need a coil. Was called and told by a rep that the tech would return 2 days later. Called them about 11:00 am since I had not heard from them to find out if they could estimate what time someone would come today since we are going into the long holiday weekend. I was told by Kenny that I was a liar and no one from US Air called me and rescheduled. I guess it was my imagination of phantom phone call from them by a phantom lady. VERY NASTY GUY WHO CARES NOTHING ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. Did not apologize one time. I will hope that they finish the job on Monday, but will put them on the refuse list at AHS. Only hope now that the job is done correctly. This company really SUCKS.

I have had miserable experiences dealing with other HVAC companies. Not with these guys though! 5 Stars

This company A-US Air Conditioning has always treated me well, I recommend them highly to anyone with problem with stubborn air conditioning.

I purchased one of their energy efficient furnace systems a few months ago, and the energy savings are incredible. Well worth the cost. So glad I did it.

We used A-US for our entire building's HVAC and it works perfectly. On the rare occasion it does start fritzing they come by pretty quick and fix it for us.

Getting my air conditoning fixed over the summer was affordable, and the guy was more than efficient. My filters needed replacement as I do like my home very cool in the summertime. Thank you.

Due to the age of our house, the heating system was really an issue, AusAir was able to come right as we moved in to help give us some pointers about how to keep our home warm over the winter, and they quickly replaced our filters. Thank you!
