My wife and I recently had Masters Flooring install over 2400 sq. ft. of carpet, costing about $6,000. Leading up to the install, everything was great. We felt they were a good company. We asked a lot of questions, including how long the install would take. They insisted that the install would only take one day (8:30 am until they finished), so my wife and I planned accordingly by taking the day off work. At 9:00 am on the day of our install, we called Masters because the installers had not shown up. They had no idea what was going on, then said there was a scheduling error. The installers (2 people) did not show up until afte 1 pm. They said there was no way they could finish by the end of the day, and that a crew of 3-4 installers should have been scheduled for a job of our size. We tried calling management at Masters, and no one would call us back. then they refused to offer any discount. I would not recommend Masters to anyone. Very shady company!
