Guys came in here and went straight to work on my couch and ottoman. Only problem is the chair and ottoman, per recommendations on the furniture tag, should only be cleaned with solvents not water, which is what they were doing. I won't know until it dries out whether this will create shrinkage. Other than that guys were super friendly, respectable, professional and did a good job on the carpet. I do wish that they had read the tag before doing anything with upholstery. That was really the whole point of me calling a "professional" in the first place. $200+ later and I still have stains in the couch I feel could have been removed with the recommended chemicals. WON'T be using these guys again sorry to say because they seem like nice people.
