His bid was not the lowest I obtained. But I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. His company has been in business for over 17 years, so I know they will be around if I have any problems. And they had a great rating with the BBB. So I gave Sunshine the job.I got a great new roof plus he put in a skylight in my bathroom for only the charge of the glass! So I got more than I paid for! I would definitely use Sunshine Remodeling again.
