we had the entire roof replaced, and everything was fine for a few months. But then the leaks started happening again. At first when we called them they came out quickly and the leaks would stop for a bit, but it would always come back. it's been a year since it was completely replaced and they have had to come out 4or5 times to fix leaks in the exact same places we had before . the last two were in the same month about two weeks apart. there work is not holding up. and now i can not seem to get them to come out and actually talk to me when they do come out , they always leave without consulting me on what was done. and when i asked when i could get some one back out i was told "we will get there when we get there" which i find to be a rude answer. I would demand a refund if i could.
