Nathan performed the bi-annual on my heating system on Saturday, 1/31/15 and the work was excellent! He is very personable and professional and would recommend him to all your clients! It was my lucky day when he was assigned to my account. Thank You On Time Experts!
Carlos was able to answer all of my questions after making sure my heat pump was working correctly. I appreciate all of the time spent taking care of my system. He made me feel comfortable and even called me back the next day when I had another question.

I highly recommend Dale, who was my Service Pro at The On Time Experts, because of his impeccable service. Dale was wonderfully polite throughout the appointment. I also greatly appreciated how informative he was, in explaining the work that I needed to have done, regarding my air conditioners. On this visit, I was having my Spring Tune-Up appointment. Additionally, I want to mention that Dale's customer service skills were exemplary, and he took the time to answer all of my questions, which is oftentimes unheard of now-a-days. I definitely will request to have Dale as my Service Pro the next time I need to have The On Time Experts come to my house for a service call.
I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Patrick estimated my job and Jesse Cuellar came out to do the work. Both men were prompt and very professional, and patiently answered all my questions. I got a discount for paying in cash. I will definitely be using this company again.
