Jimmie W. was my Service Tech on the water heater repair and he THE BEST...very concerned in getting me back up and running but got questionable support from office/warehouse people...took longer to solve my problem( due to parts and dispatch errors) then I thought was acceptable... but...Jimmie W. was very professional and provided good service once he got the parts whe needed.
