My washing machine was emptying water into my bathtub. I called your company and was able to speak to a real person on a sunday no less. The dispatcher contacted the plumber and he couldn't make it out until 7 p.m. but that was o.k. at least I was getting some help. Bernard called to tell me when he was on his way and when he got to my house he knew exactly what the problem was. He explained every thing he was doing and was very fast and efficient. I learned a few things about plumbing and he had the problem fixed within 20 minutes. When he was done he gave us a 10% military discount so it only cost me $135.00. I am so grateful that there are good companies out there with exceptional workers like Bernard. I will call Lamar Plumbing in the future and tell everyone I know that they should as well.
