Ronnie and this company provided me outstanding customer service. He came out on a Sunday and did not charge any extra for weekend. I ended up purchasing a new Carrier unit that was a very competitive price. Could not be happier with Ronnie and this company.

My AC was out for a few days in 100* heat over the Memorial Day wknd (Friday - Monday). I called 2 other companies and did not receive service. I called Annaville AC and they came out on Memorial Day and had my unit ordered and installed next day. Very friendly and professional service with affordable prices. Was not charged overtime or holiday fees. Thanks for your great customer service!
