I had what I considered a very serious plumbing situation and contacted Dan. He reassured me that my problem was no big deal, and that he would dispatch a plumber to my place first thing in the morning. A gentleman named Frank showed up promptly and proceeded to take care of my leak. He was very professional and it was obvious that he had tremendous experience. I was kept advised of the progress and the job was completed in a timely fashion for a reasonable price. I would advise their service to everyone.Tony G

I've used Sully's for years, had an occassion where I thought I was over charged, called and talked to Dan, thier Supervisor. He was very curtious and had no problem adjusting the bill. It was only a ten dollars off.

We needed to have a new dishwasher installed & I called Sully's because of their excellent BBB profile - and I like their name! Michael showed up right on time, was pleasant & professional, and had all the necessary materials handy. He took great care to level the new model in a space only partially tiled. He finished the job quickly, made sure the dishwasher was working fine and took the old unit away. I had a good experience with Sully's and will call them the next time there's a plumbing issue.

Wow! Fast, very courteous and friendly. Our water heater went out on Thanksgiving Day. Being that it was a holiday I waited until the next day to purchase a new water heater at the home depot and have them install it. I soon was informed over their 1-800 number that they do not install water heaters in a manufactured home. I purchased the heater anyway and decided to install it myself. Quickly I realized I was in over my head. I called the builder of the home and was referred to another national outfit and they took all of my information including my LOT number and that it was a mobile home and said they would be out the next day Saturday between 8-12. On saturday at 10a.m. I called to confirm the appointment and they said they were running late but would be there. I called again a 2 and was informed they did Not work on mobile homes!!! Well, I found Sully's at 3 this afternoon and they were here and had it installed in 2 hours. Mike was outstanding and very Friendly - Thank you
