Paid up front for removal of mirrors to install granite counter tops. Michael agreed to return the following day to reinstall the mirrors. I have made numerous calls, my daughter has made several attempts to contact Michael and there is a continuous excuse. I am 80 years old and unable to use my newly remodeled master bath without the mirror installation. Suggest the Better Business Bureau and Small Claims Court.....eventually EVERYTHING with catch up to his business practices! In Dripping Springs and STILL waiting for mirror installation!
Response to see and take measurements was pretty fast. Collected money upfront to order the glass. After a month and several calls to this company, the job has yet to be done. Call to this company get you an answering machine and no returns calls. Here it is a month and 2 days later and the job has not been started.
Over promises and doesn't deliver. This company is a joke and should lose its business license (if it actually has one). Unreliable, and unable to complete work in a reasonable amount of time. Wants money upfront and takes weeks to complete routine jobs- makes excuses for failing to complete work. I will never use this company again and highly recommend you consider another company for your glass repairs.
