My entire experience with Fox Service was very, very positive. They replaced my heat pump, ductwork, and insulation; through a subcontractor, they also put solar screens on all of my windows. All of this was done in 2.5 days. Every person working on the job was an extremely hard worker. I was very impressed with their work ethic and desire to do the job right. Well done!
We've used Fox for years and they are one of the most reliable service providers around. They give you a specific appointment time (not a 4 hour window) and they've never shown up late. They stand behind their work and will come back at no charge if you're not happy with the work that was done. Only downside -- they're very expensive. Never had them show up for less than $200. I would give them 5 stars if they were a little more reasonable.
