We have used Faught Service for almost 10 years. We have found them to be very dependable and fairly priced for the service. Mark, one of their service techs, has been with Faught for about 9 years and has serviced our A/C and heater most of that time. We have an annual service contract for two check ups per year and feel this has saved us a lot of money over the years.
They were quick to come and service the unit but the price was way out of line. To replace a capacitor cost over $327, the same service from another company on another unit only cost me $116. I feel they ripped me off due to the heat wave. The part online costs between $25-$35. Do not use this company.
These people are honest and so understanding!! They came out to the house when I called (I'm a woman, I don't know anything about A/C units) fixed the minor problem, didn't charge a thing. They could have easily done me in by saying major things were wrong and of how this or that had to be replaced, but they didn't. May the good Lord above bless them for such honesty and kindness. Thank you Faught Service Company.
