I had what I thought a high end Berber shag out in my home. I wanted a high end carpet that wouldn't show traffic areas as bad. we don't wear shoes in our home and socks and house shoes are all we wear. my carpet isn't shaggy at all and it looks like some cheap apt. carpet. I have seen some homes since I clean that updated like I did and got theirs from hone depot and as well is about a year old and it looks better than mine and I am very o.c.d.when it comes to my.house and floors. I am disappointed and now stuck w th this till something can be done. I have call we d several people within the year that tell me the same thing every time. let them look into it and they will call me back. it has been a year and 2 months and it still isn't resolved. I started calling about it when I saw the first spit start doing this not spoofing back up when I vacuumed! !! I ordered a high end Berber and feel I got the cheapest carpet in the warehouse. I should have went to the place and looked at my own instead of a rep bringing me 2 samples to look at. I thought it would be shaggier then it is because of what the sample look like. I was happy the first month and it has gone down hill from there. be happy when this is resolved since it cost me more money than anything else.

We used All pro Floors last year. We replaced all of our carpet and a bathroom floor. They had great prices, customer service and installation crew. I have sent all my neighbors there for their flooring needs.

We used All-Pro in Dec. 09 for hand scraped hardwoods. We were thrilled with the service and with the competitive price. In January 10 we had them install carpet and tile. Once again, they had the competitor's price beat and I was completely comfortable having their crews in my home, both when I was at home or at work. Both the owner, Geoff, and his partner, Brett, are really great to work with. It is obvious that they are running a great business and that they care about their customers. We used All-Pro floors in December 09 for our hand scraped hardwoods. We were very happy with the work AND with the price. In Jan. 10 we had them come back and do carpet and tile. They were surprisingly competitive with their prices. Both Geoff and Brett are fun and really care about their customers. I just referred my supervisor to them today. Talked to Geoff about laminate flooring, he answered all our questions. The laminate we picked was on sale, couldn't find a better deal anywhere else. The installers were excellent, did a very professional job. They removed the base board and re-installed after installing the flooring, can't even tell it was removed.
