Precision goes above and beyond to make you happy and comfortable. I've received unparalleled customer service. I've been super impressed with their knowledge of air conditioning and heating - plus especially their dedication to mitigating the affects of my allergies. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who cares about the integrity and skill of the kind of people they let into their home. The quality of this family-owned business is top-notch. -Pam Coles Germantown.
Roynaldo and Dustin were professional, courteous and thorough. They kept me informed throughout the day on their progress and we discussed options for installing. They stayed until the job was finished (8 p.m.).

I obtained 2 opinions and the one from Preision made the most sense. I guess I will only now in time if it works.. Both tecks that came out were very coustius and appreaed to know the system and what was needed. The were on time and worked quickly.
Great service today for my winter tune-up.
I called Precision HVAC on the day before Thanksgiving and Mark came out within a few hours. He quickly evaluated the situation and found out that my electrical box had caught on fire. The electrician he recommended was great. After the repairs were done, Mark came back out to check on unit and make sure it wasn't damaged. He was very courteous and professional. Precision have always responded quickly when I've called.
