I have bad experience . I called them to do back flow check, but the tech can not find the valve, and the work is not done. Owens still charged me for $167.50 ( $87.50 call fee +$80 labor fee). I have called to argued the price. I don't think it is fair for me to pay 167 bucks without having the problem solved. However, Owens irrigation still charge me with no reduction. The lesson what I have learned from Owen is " Find a trustworthy company, otherwise you may pay the money but get no work done"
