When the owner Eric provided my wife a proposal he told her all he was going to do while writing. She at times interrupted him with questions.Then when he left I noticed some of what she told me was not written down. However, I trusted Eric to do what he said. Not only did he do it all but he rotated the boiler 90 degrees to provide better maintenance access since it would have been too close to the hot water tank. He set the new boiler on a precast slab of concrete since he saw the old boiler did have some leakage. He personally fished new thermostat sensor wire to a new thermostat down to the new boiler ; then left the rest of the work to his three professional tradesmen, a friendly group. They called a day earlier asking if it was okay to start at 7:30 am and they were prompt.Would I recommend TITAN HVAC INC; ABSOLUTELY WITHOUT ANY HESITATION!!

Do not use this company.They do not do a sufficient inspection of an HVAC system and charge $70 for a 15 minute inspection. $30 for additional 15 minute time spent plus any repair supplies. A second repair person from another company correctly diagnosed the problem of my system.Titan including the service person and owner stated that the incorrect diagnosis was my fault and mis communication. Also.. that I was not they type of customer they wanted. (I suppose i should learn to never question the work done by any contractor??)I was told to have a "good life" and he did not require any referrals from me since they get about 10000 calls per year.Do not call this company. You will be sorry if you attempt to do business with Titan.
