Bill G. checked furnace and installed new filters and water pad on Nov. 1. He noticed hot water tank was about 20 yrs old and suggested replacement. I agreed and we set a date for Nov. 3 and I appreciated the prompt action. He made installation on Nov. 3 and carried away old tank in a professional & pleasant manner. R.G.M.
Your response to my initial call was fast, especially during this busy heating season. My thanks to Rich Brown for his ability to find the problem with my furnace and make the necessary repairs. I feel that your company is very honest with its customers and once I feel that I can trust someone they have earned my business and all future business from my family. You are upfront with all charges and fees which means alot to me. Your sevice rep. was on time, very professional, and helpful with suggestions on future repairs.
Both telephone representative and Rich, the technician, were completely professional and displayed an attitude of concern for my needs. Rich answered my questions about the furnace and made sure I understood his responses. Totally satisfied!
Clifford was phenomenal in terms of efficiency, ingenuity and flexibility. I had a surprise visit and inspection from our gas company while Clifford was doing other jobs and as each problem was identified by the inspector, he immediately was able to fix it, all within the original time estimate. To summarize, probably $1500 or more of work that other plumbers would charge was all done for under $600.00. I cannot tell you how impressed I was and how impressed I am with a company that was wise enough to hire such a skilled plumber and obviously created a culture of independence in their workforce that he felt comfortable helping me out until every problem was solved without having to worry about some corporate headquaters keeping tabs on him. Called at 10a.m. to report my AC not running. Today's high is supposed to be 94 and I am on Oxygen 24/7. Rich was here before 1P.M. and had the AC running in less than a half hour. Thank you!! Mary Ann B.
As always our tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. He identified the problem and solved it quickly and efficiently. When we told our tech that we would only be home a short time he was there and completed the job in our time frame. We don't always see that and it was refreshing and very professional.
The Staab representative (Cliff) did a great job fixing our shower. He exemplifies professionalism each time he works at the house. We would highly recommend him to our friends and families. Matt T.
