I had my chimney relined and rebuilt and I couldnt have asked for a better job. Eric came out and was prompt and polite. He thoroughly explained all the work that would be done. Once the work was done he cleaned up spotlessly and the work was flawless. I couldn't have asked for a better job. Although he wasn't the cheapest estimate I recieved, I believe you get what you pay for from prior work I've had done where I've went with the cheapest and it turned out horrible. High recommened!
My heater at my house was having problems and PGW said I had problems with my chimney. They in return turned my heat off because of the hazards associated with it. Things sure have a way of going wrong at the wrong time (right around holidays). Found this company online. They came out and let me know what the problem was and was able to fix the next day. The service and knowledge of this company is unreal. Highly recommend.
i.My husband and I were very satisfied with the service we recieved from Schlear masonary. We had the front of our house brick pointed.Everything was neat and clean. Schlear was not the cheapest estimate I had gotten but as I have learned before the cheapest is not always the best. Would highly recommend.
A few weeks ago I called Eric because my heating company told me I needed a cleaning because my heater liner was backed up with soot and rusted pieces of the original liner. He was able to come out early the next day and give me a free estimate. I decided to go with his company and he had a custom liner built for me that he installed the very next day! The service I received from Eric was phenomenal, he was very fast and most importantly very neat and organized. By the time he left it looked like my basement was cleaner than before he got there! I would highly recommend him to anyone and will be having him pour me a new concrete patio this summer!

I have been using Schlear chimney and masonry for the last four years, I own close to twenty rental properties in the Philadelphia area and have had Eric do multiple liners and brick pointing on my houses as well as concrete patio and block repair and replacement. Eric has always given me a fair price for all of the jobs he's done for me and they have all been done fast and the right way. Being a woman I have had issues with construction companies trying to charge me ridiculous prices for having work done, but from my first job I had him do to the most recent Eric has never tried to rob me for the work I needed. I have also had several compliments on the jobs he's done by city inspectors, which has further secured my confidence in his work. I always recommend Eric to friends and family and would highly recommend him to anyone reading this. - Christen S.
Schlear's Chimney service was exceptional. They came out the very next day after I called them. They were here early, they addressed all of my concerns and fixed them all the same day. The prices were fair and competitive. Both men were courteous and professional. To me, this company is a leader in the industry. I would certainly recommend them to friends and relatives. 5 stars!
I recently had a wood stove installed in my home by Schlear's Chimney & Masonry service. They came right out when i had called them (immediately after the hurricane) and installed it for me. They were very professional and neat. Eric even came back later that day to show me how to get the fire started and work the stove. This company was very professional, reasonable and i would recommend them to everyone!
