Bad customer service, they would try not to honor their labor warranty obligations, will try to scam on time/amount of "extra" work, bad quality pool plumbing work, experienced leaks two wks after they installed new plumbing and over again in less than a year. The owner said they will not return to fix it under warranty on labor, would charge service fee $150 plus labor. I called other plumbers they said Better pools made several mistakes connecting pipes. I regret I used them.
